Welcome to the Blenkinsop Community Agricultural Centre

Our membership program is a one-time only small fee. As long as you are farming or gardening with us you will only pay the initial membership fee once. The lease for your garden allotment or farm plot will be annual.

Fees

The regulations and fees are finalized now. You can review the policies here.

Our Lease Fees are:

· 5 ft x 10 ft Allotments: approx. $125 per year (less than a TV streaming service!)

1/8 acre farm plots $1200 per year

· ¼ acre farm plots $1900 per year

· ½ acre farm plots: $3200 per year

One-time only Membership Fees:

  • $45 for 5 x 10 Garden Allotment

  • $70 for a farm plot (any size)

All fees are subject to tax

Membership fees are one-time only as long as you maintain an annual lease.
